On a professional note; I am responsible for recruiting Theatre Practitioners for English and Welsh hospitals so if you are a Hospital Manager or Healthcare Professional please remember, I'm full of beans so solving the impossible is a walk in the park for me, which as you now know is something I do often. Essentially, I'm in search of people, for whom, pursuing a meaningful career is as important as a good relationship; rather than the turning up to a job approach with the sole purpose of earning tons to purchase a Gucci handbag or Chanel Theatre clogs. Don’t get me wrong, we all need to be remunerated fairly for our investment and commitment, but our motivations must be ranked in the right order.
