• Worked on the talent acquisition of lower, middle and senior-level • Worked on recruitment drives for all level of experience and different IT requirements. • End to end recruitment- Monitoring the client requirements, sourcing from various portals,references, cold calling, screening, scheduling the interviews with the client, salary negotiation, Joining and build the relation after joining too. • Interacted with HR Department of clients in order to discuss the requirements and work accordingly. • Coordinated with the company’s HR regarding feedbacks of CVs shared, interviewed candidates and offer status • Attending meetings with clients and acquiring new clients as well. • Keeping track of the interview, their outcome, selection, date of joining, billing, collection, etc. • Maintain long term relationship & a sound rapport with the clients & candidates by helping them as best fit in right pool • Closed positions from engineers to team Lead, Managers, Architects mainly in Infrastructure, ERP, Mainframe, Java, Dotnet, and testing
