I am in charge and support most activities of the HR department at BU Quang Tri of Saint-Gobain Vietnam (Report directly to HRBP Manager Operations & Supplychain): - Responsible for recruiting for nearly all headcount, (Fully process of recruitment, levels: Blue, White, Learn and participate directly in the recruitment of manager level) - Coordinate with C & B to handle almost 80-90% of tasks related to Company Policy and welfare - Direct onboarding training (company Induction, Benefits, Policy...) - Recommend, organize or coordinate training sections on company culture or skills for employees Synthesis of annual training need - Support, guide to set up and evaluate employee's KPI every year - Organize periodic or new corporate cultural activities, EX: teambuilding, outing trips - Coordinate the implementation of the annual employee survey - And more
