After the realisation set in that I will not be making it as a famous writer (I wasn't close at all), I spent many nights trying to find out what my "next" dream is. So it is no surprise that I am now work in an industry which rewards me helping people realise their potentials and set them on the way to find their careers rather simply jobs. I am always striving to bring 100% to the work that I do, and my goals as a recruiter is to built strong, long-term, mutually beneficical relationships with candidates and clients alike. Currently, I am working at One Arrow Consulting Group, which is an international HR consulting firm headquartered in Hong Kong since 2014, focus on Insurance, Banking, Finace and Asset Management, Coporate Service, Medical and Contract Services.
