I graduated from Durham University with a First Class Honours Law degree (LLB) in July 2019 and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law with Distinction from University College London (UCL) in March 2021. Over the past few years, I have completed seven legal internships in both London and Hanoi. These include internships at top international and magic circle law firms such as Slaughter and May's London office, Clyde & Co's London office, Allen & Overy's Hanoi office, and Hogan Lovells' Hanoi office. Besides graduating with a First Class Honours degree, I have outstanding strengths in commercial law subjects. Specifically, I received 75% in Corporate Finance Law (ranked 1st in my cohort), 75% in Competition Law (ranked 3rd in my cohort), 72% in Contract Law, 74% in Trusts Law (ranked 5th in my cohort), and 74% in Employment Law (ranked 1st in my cohort). I am also a recipient of the law school dean’s letter of commendation due to my excellent performance. In addition, I was awarded the Clyde & Co Prize in recognition of best performance in Employment Law and the Macfarlanes Prize for top performance in Trusts Law in my cohort of 300 students at Durham University. Additionally, I have been actively participating in extracurricular activities throughout the years. I was voted by the international student community to be the Vice-President of the International Students Association, the largest association in Durham University, with over 5,000 members. I also acted as the Vice-President of ELSA, one of Durham University's largest law societies. In addition, I served as the President and Senior Advisor of the Vietnamese Society in Durham for three years.
