Hanh has had nearly 8 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Thanks to this solid background, she is skilled in Consulting, Interviewing, Recruiting, Human Resources and Performance Management, and is delivering great results at Navigos Search as a consultant for the Trading team then move up to RPO Team Leader. Before joining Navigos Search, Hanh worked at VietnamWorks as a team leader of the Japanese & Korean Business Unit. She managed the biggest sales team and earned numerous awards in recognition of her team’s outstanding achievements. As a manager, Hanh focused on not only her individual performance but also encouraged and motivated her team members to reach and exceed their own targets. Her hands-on recruitment experience and leadership skills play a central role in her performance at Navigos Search. In this new role, Hanh is responsible for assisting clients in the RPO service. In addition to headhunting, she is also capable of advising clients on human resources and organizational management. After 8 years of experience in the field, Hanh has developed for herself a vision for the recruitment business and chosen to commit to this rewarding career.
