“Whatever happens, always believe in humans” Above is my motto for all aspects of life, including my career. The motto has encouraged me every day to welcome people with a non-judgmental spirit, seek positivity, and aspire to create a space for everyone’s self-development. Many social problems are still there for us to solve, but with our mutual belief in humans - in each other, we can take action and advance to a more free and equal world. With that view in mind, as an undergraduate majoring in Strategic Management & Organization, I have eagerly devoted myself to Talent Acquisition positions through which I am a value creator for both companies and job seekers by assisting them to achieve business and individual goals. Within 5 years starting from a full-time entry-level position, while proactively upgrading my professionalism at work, I would aim to acquire an SHRM-SCP certificate for a well-rounded understanding of Human Resources in general and proceed to work as Senior Talent Acquisition. With leadership positions at student organizations and experiences at a dynamic start-up, I will be an asset to any team which is seeking a candidate-centric, business-oriented, and determined Talent Acquisition executive.
