I am working in Synova Solutions as Senior Talent Acquisition for the Vietnam market. My main tasks are usually sharing the jobs with candidates, reading carefully the job descriptions, building the keywords for searching the right candidates, creating and editing the invitation emails to send to the candidates, following up the responses of the candidates, and give their feedback to interview, discussing with BOD to have the best solution for each job requirement, dealing about the salary with the candidates. Every month I update and complete my report to the present CEO. In addition, now I am a mentor of a newcomer in my team.
