I'm a passionate undergraduate who is eager to learn and try new things. During my high school years, I'd participated in more than 5 voluntary organizations, experienced many roles from Event Organizer, Logistics Planner, R&D Specialist to eventually, Head of Public Relations Department. I have learned lessons from both success and failures, which made me stronger and more responsible to my decisions. In 2021, I started my first working experience as a Recruitment Intern at One Arrow Consulting Vietnam - a firm headhunt agency in Banking, Insurance & IT. My aim was to achieve headhunter's professional skillset, gain more knowledge about the IT labor market, and also fully develop myself by learning from many successful colleagues in this company. And now, after 10 months, I'm proud to say I have reached everything I ever wanted, happily left OAC to seek for new and better job opportunities.
