- Having above 10-year experience in Human Resource field; in Trading, Oil & Gas, Telecommunication and Electronics manufacturing business. - Being able to work on more than one task at a time. - Being able to manage a variety of personalities, deal with conflict and coach others. - Being able to manage well a cross-functional team. - Having good ability in communication and get along with people. - Having a strategic mind-set - Being able to work under pressure. - Having good experience in working during set-up & ramp-up period.
