My objection is delivering my mission to create the unique vibe, positive energy, and role model in HR professionals.With closely 4 years fullfill experience of the role of HRBP at a manufacturing factory where can teach you how to deal with the need urgent mass manpower need or specific/ technical roles, how to solve internal conflict and maintain welfair employee relationship, how to branding and keep upward company culture, value, Ethical standard and become a good business partner, I believe i can create best value for an organization i work for. There are some my highlight points below: - Obsess the skillset of recruitment, Employee relationship, internal and external communication, and paperwork skill in C&B - Fulfill manage the role of HRBP at a manufacturing company - I have a sense of high responsibility, being industrious and hard work on new things, and work with spirit of never stop learning - Fluence in 4 English skills, computer skills, Outlook Microsoft, Canva design - Strong at convey and build company culture, strictly maintain Ethic standard of HR Professional. I wish to work as an HR professional such as HRBP/ Talent Acquisition lead..with the remote type of work or work onsite at Binh Duong near Thu Dau Not in City areas. In addition, I would appreciate working 5 days a week from Monday to Friday
