• Screening and short listing the CV's of candidates as per client requirements. Responsible to post jobs on various portal • Screening of Resume and conducting Competency based telephonic interview for preliminary short listing. • Candidate Database management and tracking/database search. • Scheduling interview of candidates in Co-ordination with the concerned department head for Technical round. • Salary negotiation of short listed candidate. • Regular follow ups of the candidates for his joining status.
