I have been working in the HR department after graduated, my major in university is environmental management but when I was 3rd years student I had interested in the HR industry, so I started to research and studied about HR, and I was got the Human Resources Management certificate of economics university. After finish school, I was work in Hanosystem company, which is a start-up company at that time, founded by a Germany and our business is the build-up and maintain a website running in German. The second company I worked is FPT Software is also an IT company, and I worked there for more than 2 years with role of recruitment specialist. I was experienced how meaningful it is when I can help in consulting for someone's career direction and help the candidates to know how well their skillsets match the company’s demand, that why I'm fell in love with my job. I’m a hard-working, honest and independent person.
