Perhaps I'm unusual. I began to pursue a career in Human Resources when playing a PC game in 2006. That game called The Sims 3 Ambitions- an excellent product of EA Games. It simulates the building of characters (known as sims) with different zodiac so that each individual will have dominant personalities and different strengths may meet specialized requirements for positions. Although Sims can join other jobs, they can’t be successful easily. Every job has 10 levels required expanding multi-skills and social relationships. The higher job lever they get, the more money & benefits responds. I used to play it a lot. Later, when I studied at the university, I realize the theory of human resource management in this game clearer. And now, after 8 years being a HR staff, I have always felt very excited like playing this game. Connecting and supporting people to find perfect position always make me happy. I have learnt so much things while I meet candidates & co-operate with companies. With my passion, I strongly believe I’m in the right track.
