I am looking for an opportunity to return to a role that aligns closest with my values in the role of a well-being lead or counsellor. I believe that I can be a key person in any organisation and help create and deliver established systems that can help support students, teachers, and the school community. I have gained significant experience within the educational field in Vietnam enabling me to gain a deep understanding of intercultural work and dynamics along with the demands and challenges for students, their families, and staff alike. My experiences as a Senior Social Worker for the UK Government and Educational Welfare Specialist here in Vietnam have enabled me to gain a unique perspective on the needs and potential areas for development in the welfare field.
