Currently, she is Talent Acquisition Advisor of Indicia Worldwide - an intelligence-led marketing communications agency with global production reach. She is in charge of talent acquisition for APAC region. Thy worked for both international and local HR services providers in Vietnam as an HR Assistant, Researcher, and Associate Consultant. She experiences in junior and middle level recruitment for crossing functions in Consumer, Healthcare, and Services sectors. Thanks to 6 years of experience in HR services, Thy masters her ability in enriching senior candidates network in Viet Nam and SEA region for C-level positions at multi-national corporations as well as large local companies in various sectors. She has a proven track record in placing number of positions at Accounting – Finance, Sales, Marketing functions. Thy holds Bachelor Degree, major in International Business from International University (Vietnam National University, HCMC).
