Hello, I am Jatin Dave. Full of Joy and enthusiasm. Yes you seen that right. That`s me..!!! I have already completed my 8 years in recruitment. I have been to UK for 4 years for my post graduations and Masters. After I came back from UK, I tried few other areas but I didn`t successes, possibly I was meant for my lovely nurses and doctors :). I am fan of cracking jokes which really helps me to keep my self motivated as I have seen people so robotic in what they have doing, but I always love to do the same thing differently which gives me good experience of each scenario and experience of doing same thing in all possible ways. One a Professional basis, I have been doing 360 degree, which starts from making nurse/doctor interested for a job them take them on board with the compliance process, placing them and also till they get paid. I really enjoy it because I am the only point of contact for my candidates so they can save lots of their time and efforts. At the moment in the recruitment world you can only differentiate your self with excellent service which I am always focused at. I am dealing with HCA/RGN/RMN/Speciality Nurses/Theatre/Rest all Specialities.
