Will started his recruitment journey right after getting his Bachelor of Business English, and he has been a Recruitment Consultant since July 2015. Will is (very) outgoing, fun to work with and is very helpful by nature as he will seek to go the extra miles to wholeheartedly support everyone – be it clients, candidates, or colleagues. Prior to joining Argyll Scott, Will had worked at two other reputable recruitment firms namely RGF Executive Search and Navigos Search. There, Will had spent close to 3 years developing the niche market of Sourcing for the Footwear, Accessories, and Apparel industries where he secured a strong track record and the reputation of someone who speaks the industry language (which is notoriously infamous for being highly technical and specific). For the large part of the last 2 years, he has set out to develop the Supply Chain & Procurement function & Logistics service industry and managed to gain a fair amount of traction on the market. Joining Argyll Scott as a Senior Consultant, Will’s specialization is in the Supply Chain & Procurement function across all industries with the mission to help connect businesses with qualified and experienced Supply Chain professionals in a right first time and timely manner. Working with Will, you can rest assured as he will spend a great deal of time to actual understand your business, hiring needs and challenges (well, just don’t be surprised about all the questions he has for you). He acts as your ambassador on the talent market and is particularly sensitive to market trends, recruitment branding, market perception (toward your recruitment brand), and similar stuffs. Toward his candidate, he is frank, consultative and friendly to speak to (guaranteed!). Strangely, he won't actually try to sell you a job. He cares about what you do best, how you work and what you want to do next. If it sounds matching to a particular job he is working on, he will let you know.
