As a Consultant, I am handling the end to end process of recruitment for multiple clients across domains. Some of the key roles and responsibilities are Client handling and account management for multiple clients which includes Top product MNCs Amazon, IBM,Maersk,Fiserv, AmericanExpress,KPMG Optum,sapient,Nike,Infosys, EY, Eurofins,ITC,HCL,Happiest Mind Technologies, GE Digital,Wipro,Mindtree,AccolateDigital,, Annalect,Tiger Analytics and Start ups and take care of their complete delivery. Understanding and review of the client's job evaluation and selection processes, understanding client requirements in retrospect of Job description and candidate specification. Planning a search strategy to identify the required profile. Participate & conduct activities in the Pre - selection process including screenings, placing advertisements and searching candidates from internal database, social networks, job portals, and personal references and identify profile of the potential candidates who can fit the role. Understand candidate’s resumes, career plans and identify right candidate as per the requirement. Taking preliminary telephonic Interview for short listing and determining the candidates' interest, expertise, goals and suitability for the position. Positioning relevant candidates to clients and follow through till the requested position is closed. Manage and nurture client relationships & candidate relationships. Worked for leadership & niche searches for product giants. i'm very passionate in learning new things,leadership qualities,self motivated,a quick learner. i believe in 100% COMMITMENT and SUCCESS.
