Currently, successfully tackling a tough teething industrial journey amidst strict covid regulations in the Mekong Delta, leading a team of 150 and doing all of it in Vietnamese - the language, the culture, the communication and the near-vertical learning curve! Abstract painting and aerial yoga along with English and Hindi Voicing for brands like Tata among others keep me energized! My career kicked off as a McKinsey Consultant for clients throughout the globe including the U.S. I was 1 out of 10 under-graduate students chosen throughout India. I advised leading clients across sectors and functions, to build and execute capabilities. My passion for collaborative problem-solving allowed me to succeed in this role. As an MBA student, I have enjoyed utilizing my strategic thinking, business analytics, creative management skills, and ownership potential under limited guidance. A consistent merit scholar, I believe that the qualities of ‘iPITCH’, i.e., innovative, passionate, invested, tenacious, curious, hard-working’ are crucial. Thanks to a strong entrepreneurial sprit, business judgment, curiosity and flexibility, I founded www.tagmuse.com, a successful online one-stop platform to promote independent musicians today. Recognized by Stanford, this venture taught me to utilize resources carefully, plan ahead and juggle multiple competing priorities simultaneously. I am always looking for opportunities to learn, trying to bring a fresh perspective to my work and internalizing feedback instantly. Representative for India at the United Nations Headquarters in New York and was recommended to address the closing note for the strategic conference that discussed ways to inculcate and improve unity in cultural diversity across nations; interacting with seniors, peers, juniors and international groups with an equal fervor and exuberance. Invited to the World Business Forum in NYC as part of 100 MBA student delegation chosen across the United States. I believe in delivering impact, and focus on honing the art of (what I refer to as) TLC: Thinking big and clearly, Listening prudently, & Communicating articulately. I wish to create “a ding in the Universe” and start something in my life that wouldn’t have been created if it weren’t for me!
