A resourceful Assistant Manager working full time on projects in Recruiting, Business Development, Sales and KPO services as subject of my interest focusing on developing knowledge in the market as my experience flows in doing Business Development and maintaining the client’s as useful asset to the company by handling it 360 degrees from resourcing to the sustainability leading towards satisfaction of the client and rewarding to the company. I would like to utilize my knowledge and market observations of my previous work experiences where major subject of responsibility towards the projects was booking clients on daily basis as well handling it all through the necessity of the partners building relations and making client satisfying towards the service. My short term goal is to be a subject expert of the field I work into and long term goal is to see myself at the apex of the domain in which I plan to work for the next 40 years of my professional career. I am an impeccable communicator and wants to have a job in which their human interaction along with my regular deliverable. I have worked in Medical Billing Company for 2 years Medusind Solutions were my daily work schedule flows with number of responsibilities handling claim analysis and client services, taking follow ups with Insurance companies to collect on incorrect, denied, or outstanding claims, to Perform strategic data analysis and research to support business needs arraigning after Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets. After 2 years of experience in recruiting I develop passion in building my career in it and that leads me towards handling a team. Starting as Recruitment Consultant and taking jump to a Manager in a small span makes me ambitious to grow further. My work schedule is managing relationships with Doctors / Nurses including Liaising with Finance departments with regards to time sheets, invoices, and payroll, reporting to operations manager for the performance and implementing the development strategies as per monthly forecast and mentoring and training a trainee Recruitment Consultant. My Strength is that I stay Committed to work with Discipline and I always Pre Plan all things which makes me Detail oriented towards the projects I take in my hand. seeking to work in an organization where I can utilize my knowledge and generate good ideas for the growth of the company.
