Responsibilities : •Identify and develop business opportunities, pro- actively hunting for new business and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our company’s products and services •Expand assigned accounts market shares and develop new accounts to maximize growth across sales and marketing activities •Working with the HQ team in Singapore around shaping strategies and plans •Working with Marketing, FAE, R&D teams to ensure smooth support to customers and the market needs •Calls on prospective accounts to provide technical and administrative product information. •Quotes and negotiates appropriate customer prices. •Sales budget preparations and achieve assigned sales quotas. •Aggressively follow up on all design-ins/wins Qualification : • Speaking of Vietnamese language is required to liaise with local customers and respective associates •Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or higher. •Minimum 2 years sales experience in Semiconductor or active electronic components. •Strong customer relationship developments and well experienced in penetrating OEM/ODM/EMS design-ins/wins. •Knowledge in analog power designs using transistor, power MOSFET, DC-DC converter, FPGA, CPLD etc •Proficient in English to communicate with various levels. •Good team player and work well under pressures. •Possess car with valid driving license. •This post will be on a local contract and station in Vietnam Social, healcare insurances shall be applicable.
