Job summary: + To direct, lead, and manage skincare and color cosmetic team within the framework of the agreed strategy and budget. + Responsible for developing an annual plan for the team as well as a P/L and budget. General responsibilities: + Strategy: Sets and executes the strategy to achieve business, marketing and Key Client goals in line with business line direction. + Key Account Management: Leads in strengthening and enhancing relationships with Key Accounts. + Key Client Management: Leads in strengthening and enhancing relationships with Key Clients. + Supplier Development: Leads in growing the supplier base of business line Personal Care Ingredients (PCI) by sourcing for new suppliers and enhancing existing supplier relationships. + New Business Development: Oversees new product concept innovation and market positioning strategies in coordination with PCI Innovation Centers. + Sourcing: Coordinates with PCI sourcing organizations in Korea, Japan, China, India, Europe and USA to support sourcing requirements of BL PCI. + Portfolio and Service Levels: Develops the Personal Care portfolio profile. Drives the business line PCI Developing Markets participation in Global PCI initiatives and provides direction to Innovation Centers supporting technology transfer, information exchange on local innovations. + Market intelligence: manage and updated market well to support to market expansion. Leadership responsibilities + The position is a member of the PCI Management Team and in this capacity is involved in various administrative and financial issues related to the overall success of the business line. + Operational responsibility – ensuring the availability and timely supply of product – as well as a significant leadership aspect; concerning the development of key personnel in order to enhance their effectiveness. + Coaching, driving efficiency and change programs in the organization of team.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the chemical distribution. - Experience and well knowledge in personal care industry. - Demonstrate sound knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products/services/systems and an existing network of contacts. - Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills. - Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills. - Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) - Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field.
