Teamwork Communications Account Management
- Explore and recruit new KOC constantly for POPS social commerce as well as satisfy the KOC’ requirements to maintain the good partnership - Implement and manage KOC’ activities such as livestream, do the selling videos - Advise and propose the suitable KOC list, timeline as well as airing platforms following the Client’ briefs - Collaborate with internal departments to execute KOC team’ projects at its optimal level - Document Client meetings/conference calls in writing, outlining direction and agreements made - Carry out other tasks as requested by Manager - Lead daily executions. Key Responsibilities: 1.Affiliate & Ads Operations Support: a. Commission & Affiliate Management: - Assist in setting and updating commission plans - Support setting product subsidies for CMs b. Ads Operations Support: - Support ad operations by coordinating video selections, managing nominations, and assisting in creator-seller collaborations. c. Campaign Nomination & Tracking: - Aid in KLS nomination processes, including data collection, verification, and integration of inputs from multiple groups - Monitor campaign progress and update relevant tracking files. d. Product Management: - Update and maintain the Top Affiliate product list and product assortment. - Ensure accurate alignment with strategies and seller objectives. 2.Data Analysis & Reporting: - Track affiliate and campaign performance metrics. - Compile and present weekly reports to align with team objectives. 3.Ad-Hoc Support: - Help translate team guidance documents and track campaign results. Support any other tasks as needed by the team.
- Bachelor/Diploma in Marketing, Commerce, or other related courses. - From 2-7 years experience in entertainment, digital media, advertising, content, and e-commerce, KOC, Livestream (influencer Marketing) - A passion for entertainment, especially in talent management/event/media (KOC) - Display energy and enthusiasm for new technologies - Good at communication, and persuasion - Good interpersonal skills to be able to work with multiple teams and stakeholders in a productive and constructive manner - Constantly update market trend, new content format and entertainment event - Hard-working, careful, honest - Ability to work within a small team and independently - High responsibility - Familiar with either E-commerce, Creator Management, & Content Creation by identifying key trends of products, contents, or community best practices. (Min 2 year exp) - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data-tracking tools. - A proactive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn.
