Administration Sales Administrative task Sales Account Management
Sales Administration (60%) - Receive and process customer purchase orders. - Prepare quotations, contracts, and related documents. - Coordinate order confirmation, delivery schedules, and shipping instructions. - Arrange shipment and communicate with forwarders. - Follow up on delivery status and after-sales services. Production Planning (30%) - Create and update production plans based on orders and forecasts. - Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics for on-time delivery. - Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when needed. - Track inventory levels to ensure material availability. Cross-Department Communication (10%) - Act as the main contact point between sales, production, logistics, and quality control. - Communicate to prevent delivery issues and resolve problems related to orders, inventory, or production.
Experience & Skills - At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Production Planning (manufacturing experience is an advantage). - Ability to manage order processing and coordinate production plans. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Qualifications & Personality - Age: 24-34 years old - Bachelor’s degree. - Detail-oriented, careful, and highly responsible. - Positive attitude and cooperative working style. - Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Communicative English - Japanese language proficiency JLPT N2 or above
