Sales Sales Account Management Presentation Skills Negotiation
· Act as the point of contact for all account-related issues. Take care of leads brought in from marketing, attend pitching to close contracts, and follow up throughout the project. · Establish and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with prospects. · Negotiate contracts, and reach tight agreements to maximize profits. · Establish and develop trustworthy relationships with clients, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders. · Ensure progress and quality of work to meet customer needs. · Report the progress of new activities monthly/quarterly to stakeholders. · Develop new business opportunities with existing customers. · Track and forecast key metrics in account work. · Prepare reports on the working status of ongoing marketing projects. · Collaborate with sales team to identify and develop business opportunities in the region. · Assist in resolving difficult customer requests or critical situations if necessary. · Team management and training.
· Sales and closing skills are required. · Have at least 3-5 years of experience as an Account manager; working in advertising or Agency. · Familiar with the marketing agency environment. · Have a detailed understanding of marketing solutions. · General social awareness about but not limited to economic growth, consumers, culture, etc… · Handling stressful situations and deadline pressure well. · Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. · Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
