✨ What You’ll Do - Sell construction equipment to B2B customers (builders, contractors, dealers) - Understand customer needs and propose the right machine + financing package - Follow up with leads, negotiate deals, and close sales - Educate customers on financial solutions, helping them access leasing or loans - Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners - Work with internal teams (Korea/Japan sourcing, tech, data) to deliver solutions

🎯 What We’re Looking For: - Naturally persuasive and excited to sell - Fluent in English - Passionate about B2B sales and business development - Great communicators who can build trust quickly - Driven to achieve monthly sales targets (we’re a fast-paced startup—targets may evolve as we grow) - Proactive, coachable, and comfortable in fast-moving environments - Able to understand customer needs and turn them into deals - Bonus: Experience or internships in consulting, fintech, or trading
