Overview: The Craft House is looking for a dynamic and strategic Retail & Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts, drive sales growth, and strengthen brand presence. This role involves overseeing retail operations, franchise development, corporate sales, and marketing collaborations to ensure the success of The Craft House. Key Responsibilities: 1. Retail Store Expansion & Franchise Development ● Develop engaging activities to drive revenue growth for retail stores and franchises. ● Manage and expand The Craft House’s retail presence across Vietnam. ● Oversee visual merchandising, in-store experiences, and operational efficiency. ● Conduct staff training to maintain high service standards and brand consistency. ● Set up and implement SOPs to optimize store performance and customer experience. ● Develop and implement a franchise business model for sustainable growth. 2. Social Media & Marketing Collaboration ● Work closely with the CMO to plan and execute marketing campaigns. ● Develop promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and brand awareness. ● Utilize digital marketing and social media to engage customers effectively. 3. Corporate Gifting & B2B Sales ● Develop and manage a corporate gifting sales strategy. ● Identify and establish relationships with corporate clients for bulk sales. ● Customize product offerings to meet corporate client needs and ensure seamless order fulfillment. 4. Merchandise Development & Distribution ● Curate and develop product selections aligned with customer demand and brand identity. ● Expand distribution channels into coffee chains, resort gift shops, concept stores, and bookstores. ● Build partnerships with key retail partners to enhance brand reach and sales.
● 5+ years of experience in retail management, business development, or franchise operations ● Strong leadership and team management skills ● Proven experience in store expansion, franchise development, and operational management ● Knowledge of visual merchandising and customer experience optimization. ● Strong marketing and branding acumen, with experience in retail marketing strategies. ● Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving approach and ability to drive business growth.
