Organization Excel Communications Project Management
Reporting to: General Director. Office location: 311 Tay Thanh Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City. Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), Saturday morning (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM). 1. Product Development Tracking: - Coordinate with the design team and relevant departments to implement sample development according to the product plan. - Monitor each stage of development: design → pattern → prototype → fitting → final approval, ensuring timeline adherence. - Track sample revisions (fitting comments), compile feedback, and coordinate resolution to meet quality requirements. - Regularly update sample status and proactively flag risks that may affect delivery schedules. 2. Production Progress Monitoring (Not factory-based): - Follow up on production progress via internal teams or vendors to ensure on-time delivery. - Proactively coordinate and resolve issues affecting timelines such as late samples, material shortages, or technical errors. - Act as the main contact point for updating production status by SKU to managers and related teams. 3. Order Timeline Management: - Create and maintain a timeline tracking sheet for each product from development to delivery. - Monitor actual progress and provide regular reports to the brand manager. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, timely, and quality delivery of orders. 4. Product Development Documentation Management: - Update and maintain essential documents: sample tracking forms, fitting feedback, SKU lists, product specs, etc. - Ensure all documentation is well-organized and accessible for tracking and quality control. 5. Material Status Monitoring (Not responsible for purchasing): - Monitor the status of materials assigned to samples (provided by another department). - Ensure that all trims and fabrics are delivered on time to avoid sampling or production delays.
1. Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology, Fashion Design, or related fields. - Minimum 4 years of experience in fashion merchandising, especially in product development and timeline management. 2. Professional Skills: - Strong organizational, timeline tracking, and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and coordination with internal teams and remote partners. 3. Language: - Good English communication skills, especially in reading/writing emails and timeline updates.
