- Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project milestones, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. - Proficient in software development project management using traditional methodologies - Possess excellent communication skills in Japanese, with a minimum of N2 level proficiency, although N1 is preferred. - Have at least two years of experience in managing software development project with Japanese clients. - The candidate should be adaptable to navigating complex project requirements and be prepared for occasional travel to Japan for client and stakeholder meetings. - Willing to learn/understanding the Energy domain.
