Tổng quan về công việc và trách nhiệm

- Communication between customer and offshore - Perform requirement hearing and analysis, solution proposal - Perform basic design, detailed design, test design creation/review in Japanese if needed - Perform deliverables review for offshore team if needed - Assist project manager on project scope, estimation, planning; monitoring and controlling - Support UAT testing and verifying bugs/issues

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Japanese level equivalent to N2 or above - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Has of experience in participating in a series of required tasks (requirement hearing and analysis, basic design, detailed design) - Has of experience with one of following technology stacks/platforms: Web application (Java, C#, PHP, Front-end language), Mobile application (Android, iOS), Embedded (C/C++), Salesforce, SAP, RPA, C++, AWS, Aras, Oracle.
