- Gather business and system requirements from the client - Create Requirement specifications, User Stories - Create workflow charts, diagrams, and wireframes for complex UCs (if needed) - Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats - Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications - Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes - Transfer requirements, knowledge to Development Team - Assist PM with project scope, estimation, and planning - Work with all stakeholders to make sure all requirements of the system are fulfilled

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher, with good communication skills. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas between technical teams and clients. - Experience working with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and UI/UX Designers. - Ability to work effectively in teams, resolve conflicts, and negotiate requirements with clients. - Preferably familiar with software development, SDLC (Software Development LifeCycle) models such as Agile/Scrum and Waterfall. - Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Redmine, or similar. - Knowledge of SQL, APIs, Databases, and Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. - Minimum 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Communicator, or in a similar role. - Previous experience in software development projects for the Japanese market. - Understanding of business analysis processes and user requirement analysis. - Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and modeling requirements using Use - Case, User Story, UML, and Wireframes (Priority) - Experienced in writing documentation such as SRS (Software Requirement Specification), BRD (Business Requirement Document), and FRS (Functional Requirement Specification). (Priority)
