Innovation Strategy & Pipeline Management - Take full ownership of specific innovation projects for the company across all distribution channels, with a primary focus on retail products. - Turn brand strategies and insights into actionable product concepts and innovation plans. - Oversee the entire product development process — from ideation, feasibility, formulation, testing, validation to product launch to ensure timely, high-quality launches Market & Consumer Insight - Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. - Conduct or coordinate product and concept testing, tasting sessions, and feedback reviews. - Continuously assess product performance and recommend improvement plans based on customer and consumer insights. Cross-functional Collaboration - Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless execution of innovation and product launches. - Collaborate with designers and agencies on packaging development, ensuring alignment with brand identity, labeling, and regulations. - Manage sample preparation, approvals, and internal communication related to new products. - Support Sales and Marketing teams with product training, presentations, and promotional activities. Supplier & Process Management - Engage with suppliers to source and qualify new ingredients, packaging materials, and innovative solutions. - Work closely with internal teams to optimize formulations, cost structure, and product performance. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product competitiveness. Leadership - Act as a key contributor in the company’s innovation strategy and product portfolio management. - Coach and develop team members to foster creativity, ownership, and business understanding. - Provide regular progress updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Marketing, or related fields. - Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Product Development, Marketing, or Innovation roles within FMCG or food manufacturing industries. - At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role. - Strong understanding of product development processes and food manufacturing operations. - Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Consumer and market-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness. - Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to work cross- functionally. - Fluent in English and Vietnamese (French is a plus). - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Dynamic, creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
