Mission: Own the growth of SVR brand.com (E-shop) in 2026 as the brand’s loyalty hub. Launch and scale Affiliates and Community initiatives that fuel E-shop performance and contribute to total e-commerce growth. Key Accountabilities: - Build & execute E-shop business plan including assortment & promotional planning, traffic & campaign activation to deliver sell-out objectives. - Develop and implement affiliate program – recruit, onboard and coordinate with creators & sellers to boost E-shop sales. Manage briefs, payouts, and track affiliate performance. - Build SVR users community – run engagement activities and repurchase program (group buys, exclusive offers, etc.) - Work with the Marketing team and Agency to optimize the effectiveness of digital marketing investments
