· 负责越南电商平台(Shopee、TikTok等)的客户咨询、订单跟进、售后服务等全流程客服工作。 · 负责越南社交媒体平台(Facebook)的零售客户服务,及时回复客户咨询、处理投诉,并主动推广产品及活动。 · 通过专业销售话术与客户沟通,挖掘潜在需求,引导客户完成购买,提升转化率与客单价。 · 协助公司逐步构建基于Facebook平台的私域零售体系,参与客户社群运营与会员维护。 · 收集客户反馈与市场信息,定期整理并提交报告,为产品优化与销售策略提供支持。 · 完成上级交办的其他零售支持与销售相关工作。 · Responsible for the entire customer service process on Vietnamese e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, etc.), including customer inquiries, order follow-up, and after-sales service. · Responsible for retail customer service on Vietnamese social media platforms (Facebook), promptly responding to customer inquiries, handling complaints, and proactively promoting products and activities. · Communicate with customers using professional sales techniques to uncover potential needs, guide customers to complete purchases, and improve conversion rates and average order value. · Assist the company in gradually building a private domain retail system based on the Facebook platform, participating in customer community operations and member maintenance. · Collect customer feedback and market information, regularly compile and submit reports to support product optimization and sales strategies. · Complete other retail support and sales-related tasks assigned by superiors.
· 越南籍,熟悉越南本地文化与消费习惯,中文沟通能力者优先。 · 了解美妆、护肤品行业,对产品成分、功效、使用场景有一定认知。 · 具备电商平台(如Shopee、TikTok)或社交媒体(Facebook)客服经验,熟悉线上咨询流程与工具。 · 具备销售意识与服务热情,能够灵活运用话术引导客户下单,有销售转化经验者优先。 · 责任心强,响应迅速,能适应灵活工作时间(包括周末及节假日对客户消息的回复)。 · 学习能力强,愿意长期发展,未来可向零售销售岗位转型。 · 熟练使用Office办公软件及社交媒体管理工具。 · Vietnamese nationality, familiar with Vietnamese local culture and consumption habits, with priority given to candidates with strong Chinese communication skills. · Familiar with the beauty and skincare industry, with some knowledge of product ingredients, efficacy, and usage scenarios. · Experience in customer service on e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, TikTok) or social media (Facebook), and familiarity with online consultation processes and tools. · Possesses sales awareness and enthusiasm for service, able to flexibly use persuasive techniques to guide customers to place orders; · Strong sense of responsibility, quick response, and able to adapt to flexible working hours (including responding to customer messages on weekends and holidays). · Strong learning ability, willing to develop long-term career, and capable of transitioning to a retail sales role in the future. · Proficient in using Microsoft Office software and social media management tools.
· 月薪范围:1200万至1400万越南盾(税前,可根据需求面议) · 社保按全额工资缴纳 · Salary range: 12 - 14million VND / month (before tax, negotiable on demand) · Social insurance based on full salary
