B2B Business Development Leadership Client Relations
- Develop, implement, and refine localized business development strategies for Vietnam to align with global business goals - Expand local partnerships with spot trading communities, KOLs, and institutional partners to drive user growth - Lead the execution of both online and offline marketing/BD activities, ensuring alignment with global branding initiatives - Build and manage a high-performing local BD team, ensuring achievement of revenue and ROI targets - Act as a key representative for the company in Vietnam, maintaining strong business and community relationships - Collaborate with product and marketing teams to adapt offerings to the needs of the Vietnamese market
- 5+ years of BD/Marketing experience, with proven success in managing teams - Strong background in blockchain, crypto exchanges, or financial services - Expertise in spot/derivatives trading and growth strategies - Proficiency in Chinese or English plus Vietnamese is required - Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
