- Reach out to B2B clients for generating leads primarily in Vietnam. - Develop relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and schedule product demonstrations. Identify new processes, channels (e.g., online research, networking events, cold calling), and technology tools for high-quality lead acquisition. - Able to deliver impactful pitch and provide expert advice on the product features and demo to close deals. - Draft system requirements based on prospect feedback to ensure alignment with their needs. - Ensure that all Lead Generation & Sales Support activities are effectively tracked and integrated. - Conduct market research to analyse and monitor key performance indicators to make data driven decisions. - Able to work closely with the Founder and Product team.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese; able to write clearly and have user empathy. - Have knowledge of the Vietnam education system (Primary & Secondary) and education industry (tuition and enrichment). - At least 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales - Have a strong knowledge of pipeline building and sales outbound skills. - Have strong presentation skills, both during in-person meetings and over conference calls.
