Performance Tracking: · Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities through KPIs and performance metrics. · Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the performance of trade marketing initiatives. · Continuously improve trade marketing strategies based on performance analysis and feedback. · Assist in analyzing sales data and market insights to identify opportunities and threats. · Provide support in developing actionable recommendations based on market analysis. Sales Support: · Help develop and provide sales teams with tools, materials, and training to enhance their effectiveness. · Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing activities with sales objectives. · Support sales teams in achieving their targets through trade marketing initiatives.
