Analytical Project Management
- Translate shopper and customer insights into category strategies and channel tactics that drive sell-out and sustainable growth - Lead planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives in all channels, including shopper activation, education, and POS programs - Define and implement Trade Marketing KPIs; monitor execution and ROI across tools, campaigns, and channel performance - Partner with Sales, Marketing, KAMs, and Revenue Management to align commercial and shopper-facing programs - Develop and deliver impactful sell-out tools and communication for the field force and customer-facing teams - Manage trade governance and planning cycles, including shopper activity calendars, product launches, and channel activation plans - Collaborate on customer education programs (institutions, pharmacists, pharmacy managers) to build engagement and category development - Drive innovation and co-create commercial solutions with customers (e.g., promotions, services, awareness campaigns)
- Experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales or Marketing within CHC, FMCG, or related sectors - Solid understanding of shopper behaviour, customer dynamics, and point-of-sale execution - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Finance, Supply, and Marketing - Strong analytical and project management skills - Ability to influence in a matrix organization and partner with senior stakeholders - Proficiency in English and local language - Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
