HR Recruitment Human Resource Talent Acquisition
1) Handling recruitment operations for both FTE and Contractor vacancies (70%) • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HRBP to define hiring needs and develop sourcing plans. • Execute the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, reference checks, and extending offers, ensuring a professional candidate experience. • Manage and optimize internal and external job advertisements across multiple channels, including the company’s career site, online recruitment platforms, and offline sourcing methods. • Monitor new hires' probation progress and provide timely updates to hiring managers to enhance retention. • Promote Amway’s employer brand, build a strong candidate pipeline, and leverage recruitment resources effectively. 2) Employer Branding Support (20%) • Assist in maintaining and monitoring content on Amway Vietnam’s employer branding platforms, including social media, career websites, and physical recruitment sites. • Support the execution of employer branding campaigns and campus recruitment initiatives. • Foster relationships with professional associations, universities, and strategic partners to enhance Amway’s talent attraction efforts. 3) Talent Sourcing & Database Management (5%) • Develop and maintain a candidate database and talent mapping that aligns with recruitment strategy. • Build and nurture relationships with target talent groups/communities to ensure a strong pipeline of potential candidates. • Assess the effectiveness of various sourcing channels, including job portals and recruitment agencies, and recommend the most suitable partners for the annual sourcing strategy. 4) Recruitment Reporting & Compliance (5%) • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and legal standards, supporting audit preparations as needed. • Generate and maintain recruitment reports, including billet status, turnover rate analysis, recruitment tracking, and sourcing channel performance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, experience in Headhunting Firm is a plus. • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration/ Economics or any related major. • Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese. • Ability to use basic graphic design tools is a plus. • Well-organized and ability to work independently and in a team. • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, love to learn attitude, digital savvy, eager with new trends and technologies.
