Develop and Implement Training Programs: - Design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive sales training curriculum tailored for local business development teams. - Introduce structured onboarding and continuous learning modules focused on sales process, client communication, soft skills, and regulatory awareness. Build a Localized Training Framework: - Establish Vietnam-specific training systems from the ground up, aligned with local needs and cultural context. - Coordinate with HQ to ensure consistency in compliance and core product training (CFD product training to be handled by HQ). Improve Sales Capability and Retention: - Analyze team performance, identify gaps, and propose targeted training solutions. - Work closely with team leaders to improve onboarding success rates and reduce early attrition. Evaluate and Iterate: - Set KPIs to measure training effectiveness. - Gather feedback from trainees and managers to continuously refine training content and methods. Champion a Learning Culture: - Foster a performance-driven environment where continuous learning is part of the daily workflow. - Coach and mentor junior sales team members, instilling best practices and professionalism.
- Proven experience as a sales trainer, learning & development specialist, or similar role—preferably from insurance, banking, or regulated finance sectors. - Familiarity with structured training systems, onboarding flows, and competency models. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills. - Fluent in Vietnamese; professional working proficiency in English is preferred. - Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments. - A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently and build things from scratch.
