1. Talent Acquisition Management (40%) • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles and non-IT roles • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and interview frameworks • Use advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, niche platforms) to build strong talent pipelines • Track market and recruitment trends to continuously optimize sourcing and selection methods 2. Presales Support (30%) • Lead the design and execution of TA strategies aligned with business growth, especially for presales and international projects • Build and maintain pre-qualified talent pools for quick deployment in client proposals • Provide market insights to presales teams on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and recruitment feasibility • Maintain a presales talent database categorized by skill set, availability, and prior proposal experience • Collaborate with sales and presales teams to analyze RFP/RFQ requirements and identify required skills, certifications, and team compositions 3. Team Management (20%) • Lead, mentor, and develop a recruitment team (2–3 members), ensuring alignment with company goals • Manage recruitment budget planning, vendor coordination, and other administrative activities • Update and maintain recruitment-related policy documents to align with ISO requirements and internal audit standards • Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Director to support overall department goals 4. Employer Branding (10%) • Partner with HR and Marketing to execute EB initiatives, including social media campaigns, career page updates, recruitment videos, and events • Represent the company at career fairs, tech meetups, and campus recruitment activities

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment for technology companies • At least 1+ year of experience in leading and mentoring a recruitment team of 2–3 members • Proven track record in presales or project-based recruitment with tight deadlines • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and technical teams • Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) • Good command of English, both verbal and written • Possess a wide professional network across LinkedIn, tech communities, and relevant industry groups • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for enhancing support efficiency
