About Weida Freight System (WFS) WEIDA FREIGHT SYSTEM (WFS) was established in July 1998 as an Asset-Based group with a 1st-Class license for Ocean, Air, Drayage, Warehousing, and Distribution. As a one-stop logistics solution provider, we specialize in international transportation and supply chain logistics. With over 40 offices worldwide and 700+ employees, we deliver professional, certified services across multiple sectors, including NVOCC, TSA, AEO, Customs Brokerage, and bonded operations. Our team of experts brings 30 years of industry experience to serve clients with excellence and innovation. Job Responsibilities - Oversee and manage daily operations for import, export shipment, ensuring efficiency in freight handling, logistics coordination, and service delivery. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of logistics processes, including air, ocean ,customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution. - Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements to meet service quality and client satisfaction standards. - Implement and maintain compliance with international logistics standards, regulations, and company policies. - Identify operational risks and develop solutions to mitigate disruptions. - Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations in a freight forwarding company, with a proven track record in managing teams and processes. - Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, warehousing, and international freight operations (in SEA region) - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. - Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
