Job Responsibilities - Oversee and manage daily operations for import, export shipment, ensuring efficiency in freight handling, logistics coordination, and service delivery. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of logistics processes, including air, ocean ,customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution. - Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements to meet service quality and client satisfaction standards. - Implement and maintain compliance with international logistics standards, regulations, and company policies. - Identify operational risks and develop solutions to mitigate disruptions. - Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations in a freight forwarding company, with a proven track record in managing teams and processes. - Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, warehousing, and international freight operations (in SEA region) - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. - Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
