Review the patterns of Proto, C/S, SMS, PPS, IRS and general samples during garment production. Supervise and review the production data provided by the pattern-making and nesting personnel to ensure the accuracy of the producible information. Establish a sample database and archive it. Supervise and review the material consumption calculation for each type of finished garment fabric (strictly adhering to the company’s assessment standards). Responsible for the development of new styles (new patterns) for the upcoming seasons. Promptly address any issues that arise during bulk production to ensure smooth production progress. Implement and enforce all company and department rules and regulations and ensure effective on-site management. Undertake other temporary tasks assigned by the top managers.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
Technical education in garment fit and construction to degree level or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, GERBER software is must have. Good in English (both verbal & written skills). 5 – 10 years of technical experience, gained while working within the clothing or the apparel industry. Practical experience of patternmaking and garment construction for bulk production preferred. Experience in designing models and developing apparel products.
