- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue and profit objectives. - Manage and grow the MT customer portfolio, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and retail chains. - Negotiate contracts, trading terms, and promotional programs with Buyers. - Conduct market and competitor analysis; identify consumer trends and propose actionable business solutions. - Supervise accounts receivable, resolve customer issues, and maintain service quality standards. - Recruit, train, and develop the MT sales team to strengthen capability and performance. - Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to execute sales campaigns, activations, in-store displays, and sampling activities. - Monitor sales results, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports for the Sales Director.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields. - Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Modern Trade management within the FMCG sector. - Strong knowledge of MT distribution systems and established relationships with Buyers. - Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Proven leadership, training, and team management experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; English communication is an advantage. - Highly proactive, result-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure.
