1. Lead Sourcing & Research (Main Task) - Search, identify, and qualify potential leads using LinkedIn - Build and maintain a lead database with accurate contact and company information - Apply defined criteria (industry, job title, company size, location, etc.) to ensure lead quality - Regularly update lead status and data in CRM or tracking sheets 2. Sales Admin Support - Assist in preparing sales reports and daily/weekly lead summaries - Support sales team with data entry and documentation - Coordinate with sales team to optimize lead sourcing strategies
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Business Administration (can work 5 days/ week) - Good research and data organization skills - Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace - Willingness to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented - Immediate English skill
- Allowances: 2,000,000 VND monthly - Free lunch - Working hour: T2-T6 (9h-18h)
