Account Management
- Manage and monitor the accounting processes for inventory, including reconciliations, valuations, and adjustments. - Oversea inventory costing method and ensure proper valuation - Work closely with production and supply chain teams to maintain accurate inventory records and prevent discrepancies. - Collaborate with Supply chain to report the Custom annual report. - Develop and implement inventory accounting policies compliance with applicable accounting standards - Conduct regular cycle counts and year-end physical stock counts and recorded quantities align - Manage periodic adjustments, including write-offs, reserves for obsolescence or slow moving - Review stock report and submit to group head office. - Calculate hedging price and spot price to support purchase conversion cost calculation report and communicate to related parties - Analyse inventory data to identify and address any potential issues impacting profitability or operational efficiency - Provide monthly analysis on inventory ending balance to support Business Performance Reporting - Review stock report and submit it to group head office.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting. - Over 5-6 years progressive accounting experience, including management of fixed assets, inventory - Experience in manufacturing environment. - Experience in multinational company - Demonstrate ability to make decisions, making the right trade-offs - Effectively plan and efficiently deliver work while handling with work complexity and people variety - Proactive approach to identifying issues and developing effective solutions. - Is self-motivated and hungry enough to learn and work hard - Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of future leaders - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and liaise with different teams
