Sales Account Management Manager
- Develop, manage and maintain relationships with corporate clients - Search for and exploit business opportunities in the field of Information Technology, prioritizing the fields of CCTV, alarms, parking lots, etc. - Prepare plans/options to approach customers, meet, negotiate & consult to clearly define needs, scope of implementation and appropriate implementation budget - Monitor and urge relevant parties to ensure progress and quality of work in agreements and cooperation contracts. - Support in resolving difficult and complex customer requests or serious situations if necessary - Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills - Proficiency in Account Management - Lead Generation and Communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work effectively on-site in Ho Chi Minh City - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
