Your craft is subtle but essential: to stay close without pressing, to follow up with warmth and clarity, to become the person every Module partner trusts for early signals. You will know when to send a two-line note after a late-night call with Stanford, when to drop a friendly check-in with Roche before a major trial update, or when to share a sharp but simple insight that helps Microsoft Health see new value in the partnership. Over time, your presence will feel less like “business development” and more like a trusted colleague inside every Module’s cabinet. You will weave the network together — not with pressure, but with proximity, knowledge, and credibility. And when new opportunities emerge, you will already be there, early, prepared, and welcomed. The LIFE AI Modules you’ll orchestrate Your calendar will not be ordinary — it will be the rhythm of a global alliance. Your mission is to stay with each Module until the connection matures into real impact — to follow through so consistently and personally that no partner ever feels like “just one of many.” Monday mornings may start with aligning Founder’s notes for NVIDIA and Google Cloud, making sure compute and cloud resources are ready for the next AI health pilot. You send a concise follow-up note, warm but precise, so the partnership feels guided, not pressured. Mid-week in Manila or Kuala Lumpur, you join the Founder to meet hospital leaders and insurers. Here, your role is to translate LIFE AI’s vision into practical steps: data access, pilot design, and next review. You capture commitments, draft a one-pager that same evening, and make sure no promise fades. Thursdays with Seoul biotech partners, you co-host a roundtable. The Founder shares the big picture, you make it concrete — clarifying timelines, regulatory nuances, or co-funding options. By Friday morning, partners see you as their go-to contact for everything operational. Fridays often end with global syncs — Oxford, MIT, Roche, Pfizer. You open the call with context, close it with action points, and ensure every Module knows that LIFE AI is listening, aligned, and present. Every partner is different. Your craft is in the follow-through: short check-ins, crisp recaps, and well-timed insights that make partners feel respected and understood. Over time, they will not just see you as “business development.” They will see you as the person who quietly keeps the Human Health Partner in motion — always near, always trusted, always one step ahead. You will be the friendly presence they expect to hear from, and the trusted name they reach out to first The Follow-Up Discipline Every meeting, every note, every handshake will flow through you into a clear, timely next step. You will ensure that LIFE AI never leaves a promise hanging and never misses an early signal. The Partnership Pipeline You will build and nurture a portfolio of pilots, data collaborations, joint research, and commercial pathways — making sure every opportunity has momentum, clarity, and ownership. The Founder’s Multiplier You will be the one who prepares briefs, sharpens talking points, and locks in next steps so the Founder can focus on vision. You turn one brilliant conversation into ten concrete outcomes. The Presence of LIFE AI Above all, you own how LIFE AI shows up: warm, credible, consistent. - You are a citizen of Malaysia or the Philippines, with deep cultural fluency and networks in your global ecosystem. - You have 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or healthcare innovation. - You are fluent in English; - You know how to build relationships that last: persistent yet pleasant, confident yet humble. - You can turn complex science and technology into clear, compelling stories. - You are disciplined with follow-ups, sharp with presentations, and reliable in negotiations. - Above all, you carry a deep sense of mission: to shape a future where prevention, precision, and human health are for everyone — not just the few. - You are a lifelong learner.
